These FREE series of 11 classesis for caregivers that provide basic education about brain disorders as well as ways to improve the lives of families with a loved one living with mental illness.

The Family-to-Family course will cover information about mood disorders (bipolar disorder – manic-depression, major depression), panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive Disorder – OCD, schizophrenia, and co-occurring brain and addictive disorders.  The course will also address coping skills such as handling crisis and relapse, basic information about medications, communication skills, problem-solving skills, recovery and rehabilitation, and self-care.

Many family members describe the impact  of this program as life-changing.
